Assured by Love- Pt 1

In His kindness, God provides the local church as the context where we are to give and receive His love, and where the authenticity of our love is demonstrated. Unless you are committed to a church, you cannot have real assurance of your salvation because indifference or avoidance of it is hate, not love. Have you been mistreated by a church or suffered because of its weaknesses? Consider that Christ has endured far more, and yet has not abandoned His people. Commit yourself to a faithful local church! These are the people that Christ died for, and this is the Bride that He loves.
