Test the Spirits- Pt 1

Error is a poison that saps our spiritual vitality and robs God of the glory He is due. To safeguard our hearts from this spiritual danger, God commands us not to believe every teaching or instruction we encounter, but to test it all. Every doctrine has a spiritual source, either demonic or heavenly, and each of us is responsible to train ourselves to discern truth from error by regularly placing ourselves under sound teaching in a context where the Scriptures are upheld, and by analyzing every idea and experience against the sure and certain Word of God.
