Who Runs the Church? Part 2

Christ was explicit and clear when He said that He would build His Church. But how does an absent Savior do this? Many say that Christ has delegated His authority to a man, group of men, or to the local church congregation itself. The trouble with this is that it places authority in the hands of sinful human beings. While Scripture does teach that local churches are to be led by a group of qualified men, Christ's authority is still found only in His Word. Therefore, faithfulness to the Master's Word must be our chief concern. He is returning soon...are you ready?
