Worship through Prayer, Part 4

Prayer should be the regular habit of every Christian, yet we often lose hope because we don't see the answers we want. This is why Paul prays that the Church would better comprehend the greatness of God and His plan. As we come to understand the future that awaits us as heirs of His Kingdom, our eyes become fixed on following Christ rather than the cares and troubles we are passing through. Even as Christ was motivated in His earthly life by the joy set before Him, so we as His people should be moved forward by the knowledge that we will share in the riches of His eternal glory.
