Listening to the Truth, Part 1

God's Word never returns void, but accomplishes all that He intends. The natural man shuts his ears because he doesn't want to know that he is in darkness, but the Christian prepares his heart to hear and respond so that he may grow and God may be glorified. We must strive to listen intently to God, because the deeper we go into His truth, the more unnatural those truths become and the harder they are to work at. How important is it that you listen? Ask yourself: How important is your soul?
